Return & Refund Policy

Diamond Water™ is offered as a pre-order for a limited first production run.

Pre-Orders

All Diamond Water™ pre-orders are fully refundable at any time prior to fulfillment. Customers may cancel their pre-order for a full refund before the product ships.

After Fulfillment

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, standard return and refund conditions apply. Items must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for return, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
